This cache serves as a memorial to our dearly departed Stateline Survivor Cache, who left us after six months of faithful duty on the shores of the Spokane River. For all of those who survived the original cache hunt, this is for you, but for those who want to visit this historic place, you are of course invited also.
The cache site is located near the Port of Entry in Washington, on public land near a rest stop and a stone's throw from the Centennial Trail. Some folks call it "Stateline Park" and it's a great place to bring your dog for a terrific outing.
This microcache is placed near the last observed location of our beloved and contains both log paper and a pencil, but you might want to bring a pen just in case it disappears. There is no room for trade items. If you move anything around during your hunt, please be sure to return them as found. Happy Hunting!
