There is a long hill if you walk up from Greywell Village. If you come from the other side, it is a lot easier but you might need welly boots in winter.
You can approach this cache from various footpaths leading out of Greywell Village. As long as the footpath goes in the general direction of Greywell Hill you should be able to get to the cache.
My favourite approach is from the other side… starting close to N51 16.012 W0 58.994. Starting side is a bit noisy to start with but gets better once you start heading away from the M3.
This is no significant historic site but the view from the top of the hill looking over Odiham and the surrounding farmlands is spectacular.
You might even see some deer.
We have left some childrens soft toys and a 35 mm spool. There is also a disposable camera for you to take a picture of the view or anything you fancy there.
Don't be put off by the tree cover, I have tried to take readings in the open and then walked towards the cache location to see if the satelites can see the GPS. If you see too many trees, walk out into the open to get the satelites lined up again.
