The first four ‘virtual’ parts each consist of a number of clues within walking distance of each other, although the caches themselves are miles apart.
At each virtual cache there will be a series of co-ordinates and questions. The co-ordinates will lead you to the answers to the questions.
The answers are then combined following the appropriate instructions, to result in a number which is the final solution to the cache.

Some of the answers will need to be decrypted and converted to a single digit number – this is how it works:

Keep adding the digits of the sums until you are left with a single digit number: 5 + 2 = 7.
