It looks like your cache has been under the weather for some time. While we feel that Geocaching.com should hold the location for you and block other cachers from entering the area around this cache for a reasonable amount of time, we can't do so forever. So that someone else can place a cache in the area, and geocachers can once again enjoy visiting this location. Geocache Description:

This cache is located in Taylorsville Lake State Park. From Louisville, take I-64 to the Gene Snyder Freeway South and KY 155 to Taylorsville; turn east on KY 44 and drive three miles to the park. From Bluegrass Parkway, take the KY 55 exit to Taylorsville. Park by the Corps Office/Visitor Center or continue the trail system if you are doing the Taylorsville Lake Micro (total hike approximately 2 miles).

This challenging cache will offer a gorgeous view of Taylorsville Lake and introduce you to some great hiking trails. The trails here are well-marked but not listed on the web site or most of the park fliers thus hopefully will be much less traveled than some of the other trails. Be sure to check out the other caches in this park.

It is best to approach this cache from the trail below the cache. If you insist on going down from the top, bring a rope and consider this a level 5 terrain. We do not recommend doing this cache at night or after a heavy rain.
