Geocache Description:

Fabulous vista of the El Dorado Valley from this site...it's vast and beautiful, so much larger than it first looks! Notice that long line of little silvery dots way down there? Those are big semi trucks and cars! This is a nice easy cache for all to get to... enjoy!

This area is full of hiking and biking trails. Mountain bike enthusiasts are probably quite familiar with it and you should bring your bikes with you for a quick ride if you can! The trails go much farther back after you've passed the cache. It's a "human powered" area only... no motorized vehicles please! Coming into Boulder City from the Las Vegas direction, turn left onto Veterans Memorial Parkway, left again at the hospital and follow your GPS. You'll see the parking area The cache is about .13 mi from there and a nice easy walk up the trail. Watch for desert critters along the way and as usual, don't forget to take water!
