Consanguinity Multi-Cache

This cache has been archived.

Lactodorum: Hi, this looks suspiciously like the cache has gone. Could the owner please undertake a maintenance visit to check if it's there or not. In the meantime I'm archiving it but I'll happily unarchive it if/when it's found assuming it still meets the guidelines.

Thanks, Lactodorum

Geocache Description:

The co-ordinates are NOT those of the cache. We’re making this a bit harder by saying the co-ords are within 20 miles of the cache.

First you have to do your research and find where to start and have a Thesaurus handy.
The town where you start is in Suffolk and is famous for it’s ‘wool church’, Guildhall, Market Place and many timbered buildings. We think it’s almost as pretty as our own village of Thaxted. It also had a WW2 Airfield and featured in several episodes of Lovejoy in the 90’s. Got it yet?

The photos below provide you with two more hints. One is of the church, the other in the market place.

Now you need to visit 3 places in the village to get the co-ordinates for the cache itself.

The cache can be found at N 52.AB.096 E 000.CD.624

In the centre of the village stands something ‘’erected in accordance with the will of William Jacob in 15A1’’.

Not far away is ‘’diminutive hall’’ (not it’s real name) that was a 14th century house, modernised ! in the 1Bth century.

At another location lies the body of a 2nd Lieutenant who was killed in action in Sulva Bay. The year of his death ends with the digit D.

In the same general location, find the millennium project that honoured airmen who ‘’gave their thanks to God for their safety on sighting the church tower….. ’’ The first number of their ‘’Group’’ gives you C.

The cache is hidden outside the village.

The cache itself is a cleverly camouflaged ammo box which originally contained:
CDs
CD case
Small toys & trinkets
Cassette tape
Floppy discs
Etc

The three additional photos are spoilers of increasing spoilishness.
