Cache is placed in a great area for viewing wildlife.
This is a cache that I placed for the 3/29/03 Breakfast Cache Event. The area is wodnerful for viewing wildlife - particularly birds.
On the day I placed this I had a flock of Snow Geese do a fly-by to look at me and I saw a Bald Eagle. When I revisited the cache on the day of the event we say what looked like both a Bald Eagle and a Golden Eagle nesting in the same tree. We also saw several Cranes hiding in the rush weeds/cat tails.
When searching for this cache, be a bit careful. The cache is not hidden in any holes, but there might be small traps for varmits that are out here, and those things hurt - ALOT - if one closes on a finger.
