From 250 feet south of the cache, you can look back and see a very good right profile of President LBJ's face... with a most prominent nose.
The container is a 2 lb square peanut jar. Check the photograph below for the initial contents which include the standard geocache notice, logbook, mechanical pencil, and a variety of tradable items.
Lyndon's lip makes a great place to sit and log the cache, and then just enjoy the view and watch the world go by below. Its plenty wide and flat, but please take care because it does drop off a bit. Smaller children can safely stay up on top of the rock formation where there is a lot of flat space reaching back into juniper trees.
Please park at, or at least approach the cache by way of North 40° 23.518 and West 109° 35.890 which is 260 feet south south west of the cache. From there you will see a two track that should be followed to the top of the hill so as to not make new trails of footprints up the front side of the hill.
