I've always ignored this cache, hoping the canal bank might be South FL Water Management District, but nope.
There's no legal access, and the cache placement itself is a felony.

Geocache Description:

Urban Wilderness in Kendall, level but rocky ground. Requires a half to one mile of walking, each way. The cache is in a round tuperware container with a green top. It contains a little something for everyone in the family. It is not buried.

You may arrive by car or by rail
but if you drive, prepare to hit the trail.
To the north or south you may leave your car.
It is another mile or so, if that far.
Where the tracks cross the road you'll begin your tramp
to discover the cache at the hobo's camp.
