Geocache Description:

Your basic ammo box hidden in the woods — in this case the woods around Jefferson City's Binder Lake. It's no more than a quarter mile walk from the nearest parking areas.

This cache is located at Binder Lake Park, a large fishing lake that is part of the Jefferson City parks system. There are two parking areas within about a quarter mile of the cache. I prefer the one at the bottom of the hill but either will get you close.

A well worn trail leads you to within a short distance from the cache. The bushwhacking isn't bad in the winter but during summer the brush is fairly fierce. The cache itself should be easy to find once you get to the general area.

I've made an effort to make this a decent cache with interesting things inside. I'd sure appreciate you trying to keep it that way by trading fairly. Please only leave items YOU would like to find.
