Kings Wood is a piece of old woodland owned by the Woodland Trust situated near London Apprentice between St. Austell and Mevagissey
The original cache has vanished. The replacement is a clear sandwich box filled with various goodies some 50 yards from the original site. Easy wheel/push chair access to within 10 metres (up a slight incline of about 1km)from car park at N 50 18.542 W 4 47.962 accessible from side road just south of London Apprentice ( brown sign Retail Leisure Warehouse, follow road for about half mile watching out for pedestrians, cyclists and horse riders). There are several other points of access to the woods which give a more strenuous but shorter approach so look at a map and choose the best for you.
