This is almost a drive by cache that you can reach day or night. The lights here illuminate the evening skies, making it possible for you to easily find this cache. Terrain is flat and easily accessible for the entire family. There is some construction debris, a busy highway, and an irrigation ditch nearby. Watch your little ones to ensure that they stay safe.
Cache is a round cocoa mix tin, containing adventure passports, which allow the holder to visit several Thanksgiving Point venues for free. In addition there are toys for the little ones, free soup coupons for Bear Creek Country Kitchens dry soup mix, and brochures I picked up describing the property and a treasure hunt, now underway at Thanksgiving Point.
Please hide the cache the way you found it and respect the property. We were fortunate to have permission to hide a cache here. Thanksgiving Point is supportive of the Geocaching community, but we do not want to lose this opportunity.
While you are in the area, take advantage of some of the other cool caches in the area. There is a Llama webcam cache and a virtual cache not too far away.
