Geocache Description:

South of a picnic area, east of Gavin's Point Dam.

There is a small picnic area on the Nebraska side of the Missouri River, just east of Gavins Point Dam. After you've found the cache, take some time to check out the Visitors Center up the hill to the south. Lots of Lewis and Clark stuff. Or just sit back and watch the eagles as they fly over the river in search of a meal.

The cache is a 30 cal. ammo box. Orginal contents include: Eric Clapton cassette tape, Fleetguard lapel pin, sleeve of golf balls, Hot Wheels "Flamin' Hot Wheels" car, 4-pack of AA batteries, and a 2003 NCAA Wrestling pin. Also placed the Tiger Hawk travel bug inside.
