A nice walk along one of the dikes of the North Fork of the Skagit River.
This is a hotwheel themed cache. The cache is a small clear plastic box filled with hotwheels. Feel free to take your favorite one, but please leave only hotwheels, as the cache is small and larger objects will not fit.
The best place to park is N48.18.780 W122.20.874. There are places to park alongside of the highway, but traffic is very busy.
