This VC can be seen from the interstate 70W (if your looking) but is hard to get to. My son spotted this well traveling by. To get to this VC you have to enter the waste water treatment plant. The gate is always open and the company does not mine if you come in to read the plaque. There is only one way in and one way out.
This plaque is dedicated to Lewis & Clark and how the area has returned to what it looked like back 100 years ago. You will also learn about how Kansas City KS developed the area so that this area would not flood again. This plaque I think does not get alot of traffic, but it is a very interesting to read. Thanks for visiting.
To get credit for this VC you need to answer these questions and email them to me:
1. Lewis & Clark was to secure this point for what?
2. Name the point?
3. Who erected the plaque?
4. What year was the plaque erected?
