To get to the William Owen Pass cache you will need to turn on N. Dover Rd. which is off of S.R. 60. Then turn right on Salem Church Rd. While you are going doing Salem church keep an eye to the right side of the road, you will see a big sign for the park and you will have to cross a set of railroad tracks. Once inside the park, stay on the right side and you should see a big sign and some trash cans, thats where the trail starts.
Park hours are sunrise to sunset and there is no fee to get in.

If you get lucky you may get to watch people flying small aircraft there!
