About 100 yards into this hike is a small stream. If it has been raining a lot you may have to walk through it. When I was there, the stream was 6-7 feet wide, maybe a foot deep, so I had to wade it. Wear rubber boots? Your call. After you climb the small hill, the going is fairly flat.
Pleasant Creek is a managed hunting and fishing area, so be careful in hunting seasons. This is a nice hike, in an area filled with wildlife. The cache is a Tupperware type container. Its original contents are; Geocache notice, notepad, mechanical pencil, mini pocket knife, disposeable lighter, 2 wire zip ties, 1 emergency rain poncho, and 1 mini bungee cord. Turn off of Pleasant Creek road onto Bartlett Run Road, go 4/10 mile, there is a parking area to the right of the road. This is where the trail starts.
Note- It is NOT necessary to go onto posted land to get to this cache. You will see what I mean.
