Bartlesville’s first cache. Located just a short walk off of the Pathfinder Parkway hike/bike trail near an old oil barrel. Hidden under a few rocks and not hard to find, though you may want to wear leather boots and jeans as I was loaded with stickers afterwards. Watch out for the cactus and enjoy the walk.
For the most enjoyable walk, park in Jo Allyn Lowe park at N36° 42.875 - W95° 56.912. From here the cache is only 2/3rds of a mile as the crow flies. It is possible to get closer to the cache by driving, but please do not go on to private property. The cache is in a green ammo box.
