Geocache Description:

This is the fourth of the Kennewick City Park caches Please re-hide the cache snuggly as you found it. It has been replaced 2 times - and I am sure it was not muggled - just not rehid correctly.

This is a MicroCache about 1/4" x 4" x 4"
Contents include a couple of pencils (courtesy of the Washington Lottery) and a log book.
This an offset cache with an intermidiate 'leg' but all are within 500' of each other in the same park.

I have bumped up the difficulty from 1.5 to 2.5 because people are having a hard time finding it. The cache container is not in the typical place for a micro cache - just like most of the KCP series. If you think you know where it is - you are wrong. Until you find it, you won't have a clue.

Steps
 1) Start at the above coordinates
 2) Walk about 410' bearing 88° true or 71° magnetic
 3) You should be inbetween 2 blue signs
 4) Count the dots on each sign
 5) Subtract the number of dots on the left sign from the above Latitude.
 6) Subtract the number of dots on the right sign from the above Longitude.
 7) At this new Lat/Long find the microcache.

If there are any GeoMuggles please don't give away the hiding spot.

N.B. This is on Public Property - There is no need to dismantle anything public or private to find this cache. Just be observant and look in all the UNusual places, up down, under, above (or bring a 4 year old).
