At this spot is one of numerous historic plaques scattered around Vacaville. Mentioned here is a scion of a pioneer family - his father came across the plains by covered wagon to settle in the then-new town of Vacaville. The son was a life-long resident and much-loved by those who knew him. This spot is a unique memorial to him.
