This is an urban site but, as the name implies, some exercise is involved.
Step right up --- then down --- then up again and you will find the steel disk. To log the find e-mail me the name of the city on the steel disk. After arriving at the point to which each set of cords will take you, obey the title of the cache to reach the next set and the final destination.
