Geocache Description:

Having just attended the RSA Conference, I've got security on the brain. Industry experts agree, relying on Security by Obscurity is decidedly a bad idea. However, I thought it perfectly fitting to the context of geocaching - so come and find it!

For my first hide, I started with someplace familiar to me - Dingo's favorite (or at least, most-frequented) park - but one that few will have ever visited. The park is SMALL, so discretion will be key: If anyone else is in the park, they WILL notice you searching. The good news is - there is rarely anyone there.

With your help, I think we can keep this cache stashed and plunder-free from would-be hackers and crackers ;-) Original Contents of this .30cal ammo box include:

  • Geocaching Note
  • RSA Conference Log Book and Pen
  • Disposable Camera (Note picture # in logbook)
  • RSA Pyramid stress reliever (squeeze toy)
  • RSA YoYo
  • National Cryptologic Museum Cipher Disk
  • Blue Mini Maglite for FTF
  • Signature Squaw Valley sticker
  • Hacky Sack
  • SpongeBob SquarePants water game
  • Glow-in-the-dark superball
  • Scooby Doo clip-on
  • Mardi Gras beads
  • SpongeBob SquarePants party favor
  • Blazin' Billy parachuting firefighter
  • puzzle
