Rauland #1 Traditional Cache

Placed on Østre Mottenut, near Vierli in Rauland, at an elevation
of 1100 meters. You'll need up to 2 hours for a roundtrip from
nearest public road. After I placed this cache in 2003
unfortunately a road has been built. Tho, it is private and we pay
for it, but it is not closed.
Cache is a small lock'n'lock 10 cm square.
Cache is available in winter Travelling from East to West or the
other way, take road 37 and include a cache on your trip. You can
reach the cache on foot in summer but as soon as there is snow you
will have to wait for skiing season. Enjoy!Now, in 2010, the
terrain around here is a bit different than wen the cache was
placed. Two new ski-lifts with downhill slopes and interconnect,
and a terrain park has been built. To the amusement for some, to
irritation for others. Anyway, the terrain park is a really nice
one and is used by a lot of sters from the new skiing generations.
Especially at the sxtart of winter, as it comes early here. But,
the view from the cache is still fine!
