Because of the size, this is a tradeless cache. You'll find a log book, a pencil and a custom made rubber stamp for your log book. Please leave the stamp for other's enjoyment, and don't forget to sign the log!
I don't think it is really a 3/3.25, but that is how the rating system scored it.
