This is a real simple one. Go to the location and look at the Monument. Don't be suprised if you see a frog! To claim this cache please e-mail us the anwers to the following questions:
What words are at the top of each column?
What did the man stand up and say?
What did the name change to?
If someone local would like to hide a physical cache nearby (within 0.1 miles) or use this as the first stage of a multicache, we would be most happy to archive this virtual cache to allow them to place their new cache.
