This cache is in DeWitt Recreational Area in Batavia, NY.
Parking is off Cedar Street.
It might be difficult to retrieve/replace the cache inconspicuously if you hit the park during a busy time but I think most of the traffic where the cache is will move on and hang out somewhere else.
This park has fishing so don't forget your pole if you like to fish.
