The coordinates above will take you to a mural on the north side of the town square in Eatonton. To most folks, the mural depicts Br'er Rabbit getting the best of Br'er Fox and Br'er Bear. To other folks, the mural serves as an advertisement for the Uncle Remus Museum - but to the trained eyes of the experienced cache hunter there is a different meaning, and it’s quite obvious that Br'er Rabbit is trying to keep Br'er Fox and Br'er Bear away from his Geocache. This is only fitting, since Br'er Fox and Br'er Bear were about to unknowingly stumble onto the cache without first having found all the clues. Observe the wording at the bottom of the mural - that's what you need to know to get to stage two.
At the Uncle Remus Museum you'll see a house much like the one that Joe Joel Chandler Harris grew up in. Admission to the museum is 50 cents, but no purchase is necessary to reach your goal. On the grounds of the museum you'll see two large black signs. One of them has informaiton about the museum and the other about the Town Well Shelter. Read both signs but you are most interested in the Town Well Shelter sign. On it you will find 5 dates. Starting at the very top of the sign fill in the table below with the dates. Do not skip any spaces.

At the parking coordinates do not block the gate. The terrain should not be too difficult but the plant life will be thick and there may be some briars so be careful on your way to the cache. As always, watch for ticks and snakes and other hazards.
