Suche nach dem Licht
Von zu Hause aus wurden wir auf ein orange-farbenes Licht aufmerksam, das wir vor allem beim Eindunkeln und in der Nacht gut blinken sahen. Wir haben lange diskutiert, was das sein könnte. Dann haben wir das Licht mit dem Kompass angepeilt und auf eine Karte übertragen. Als wir dann auf der Karte die Beschriftung „le Signal“ entdeckten, dachten wir, wir hätten es gefunden. So entschlossen wir uns, einen Cache bei unserem blinkenden Licht zu verstecken. Wir machten uns auf den Weg, doch als wir beim sogenannten „le Signal“ ankamen, mussten wir feststellen, dass das auf der Karte mit „le Signal“ gekennzeichnete Objekt ein Gedenkstein mit der Aufschrift „le Signal“ ist. Das durfte doch nicht wahr sein!? Und wo war nun unser orange-blinkendes Licht!? Es musste ganz in der Nähe sein, da unsere Peilung in diese Richtung gezeigt hat. Nach langem Suchen und schon kurz vor dem Aufgeben haben wir dann doch noch unseren Leuchtturm gefunden und konnten unseren Cache verstecken! Bei Tag hat man eine schöne Sicht auf den Neuenburgersee. Um auf den Leuchtturm zu gelangen, braucht man pro Person CHF 1.–. Aber um das Cache zu suchen, wird kein Geld benötigt, obschon es beim Turm ist. Wir wünschen viel Vergnügen beim Suchen!

Search the light
Every evening and during the night we saw from our home a flashing orange light. We were discussing a lot about the reason for that flashing light. Then we took a bearing of the light with the compass and transmitted it on a map. As we found on the map an object called “le signal”, we thought that this would be our flashing light and we decided to go there and to place a cache. As we arrived at the place, where our flashing light was marked, we were just standing in front of a memorial stone, on which was written “le signal”. And where was our flashing orange light!? We knew that it must be near and we began to search in the nearby area. As we already wanted to give up, we finally found it. Yeah! Now we could place our cache! If you go there by day you will have a beautiful view over the lake of Neuchâtel. To get onto the flashing tower you need CHF 1.— per person, but to get the cache you do not need any money, even if the cache is hidden close to the tower. We wish you good luck!

À la recherche de la lumière
Il faisait déjà longtemps que nous avons découvert une lumière orange étincelante dès notre domicile. Le soir ou pendant la nuit on pourrait la voir le meilleur. Nous avons examiné longtemps ce que cela pourrait être et finalement nous avons pris une carte de notre région et nous avons trouvé un objet qui s’appelait « le signal ». Nous étions presque sûres, que c’était notre lumière orange. Alors que nous avons décidé d’y aller et d’y placer un cache. Nous sommes alors arrivés devant notre lumière orange et nous étions déçus, car en faite nous nous sommes arrêtés devant un monument sur lequel était écrit « le signal ». Mais c’était pas possible ! Et où est-ce qu’était notre lumière ? Car nous savions que cela devrait se trouver quelque part autour, nous avons commencé à chercher et finalement nous avons même trouvé notre tour étincelante. Yeppie ! Maintenant il faudrait que mettre le cache et se réjouir de la belle vue sur le lac de Neuchâtel. Pour monter sur la tour il faut payer CHF 1.— par personne, mais pour trouver notre cache vous n’avez pas besoin de l’argent, même s’il est placé tout près de la tour. Bonne chance !
