Located in Riverfront Park in Rochester, PA. Terrain flat and paved.
This is a mini cache. Cache is in a waterproof bag. It should fare better through the next flood. Please be very careful about being seen at this cache. It is in a very open, public area. Another cache, very near this spot, was stolen. The park is a little hard to find and a similar hiding spot had me scratching my head for about a half hour at a cache out west. I'm sure that most of you are more observant than I am, though. The cache is not on the embankment going down to the river. It is easy to retreive, once you figure out the hide.
