The cache is easy to get to but is covered very well. You are searching for a pb tub covered in black duct tape.
When this cache was originally placed, permission was not needed at the time to place the cache. However, permission has been granted by the Base Commander for the placement of this cache. When you arrive, please stop and say hello to the friendly commissionaires and they will inform you of where the best place for you to park is. There is no need to venture behind any fences and wander off of the property. Please be respectful of your surroundings and please re-hide the cache as found or better than found.
