Set along the banks if Milford Lake this cache will be a challenge with a reward at the end!
The area where this cache is located is very popular with boaters of the beach bum kind. It's a natural sand bar on Milford Lake and the beach is called several names, one that stood for years on a sign was "Nudie Beach", but don't let em fool you. I've been there lots of times and never saw anything obscene!
One of the popular things to do at the beach is to do a "Prop Check". During the check the guys walk along behind the boats and make sure the props are on tight. From what I've noticed the real intention is to see who else is there, but you know how things get their own titles and this one is a Prop Check.
When I arrived to place the cache there were several boats and a group playing volleyball on the beach.
The cache can be had by land or boat, either trip should prove to be a challenge, with the reward of a great view of the lake.
The cache is in a plastic 6" round container painted mostly green with a little silver for good measure. Original contents include: Zebra Pen, 2 Mini Whoopie Cushions, $100 Bill Key Chain, Mini-Plier Keychain, Bouncy Rock ball, Green Smiley, Playing Card Keychain, Zebra Print Necklace, Pencil, Logbook & Geocaching sheet.
