Geocache Description:

Just off E16 (or on top of) at Stalheim. This place offers: 1 hotel, 1 memorial stone, 2 waterfalls, winding serpentine road and a spectacular view of the valley below from the cache.

Had to check twice before I could believe that no one had beaten me to placing a cache at this great place.
The steep winding serpentine road has an alternating view of the two waterfalls. Recommended approach is from the upper/east side. The road is one way downhill (was not when i placed the cache) and only open road during summertime. Wintertime you have to walk a short distance from the Stalheim Hotel.
At the cache You have a spectacular view of the valley below. While You look at the toy cars down there, remember that You were down there Yourself just minutes ago! Just a hundred meters further up the road there is a memorial place with a stone. From there You can se a large red bulding complex: The Stalheim Hotel right at the edge of the cliff.
Take good care - this place is not pampered with fences. If You fall You will probably never log a cache again, including this one.
