Geocache Description:

All caches in this series are located along the 47.9 km stretch of the Toronto section of the Bruce Trail. Each cache is a standalone micro cache. There will also be 2 final regular size multi-caches in this series in which you will need to collect the clues found within each of the 5 mirco film containers to find these 2 multi caches. There will also be a bonus cache!

Each cache is very well hidden and will take you through some interesting points on the trail, many of which I am just discovering now as I place these caches. Since these are micro caches, it could potentially be difficult to find, and hence I will be rating the difficulty a 3 on all of them. My 5 year old son chose each of the hiding spaces himself and then we concealed it well. However, since you are taking the trouble to find these caches, the hint will tell you exactly where the cache is hidden, just in case you get stuck.

I have written a letter in coloured marker on the inside of the each lid and also on both sides of the log sheets. When you find the cache and if you want to attempt the 2 multi-caches, make sure you take note of what the letter is and what colour it is written in.

Bring your own pen/pencil to sign the log.

BT5: River Crossing
Recommended Parking:
N43° 36.875
W79° 58.497
Less than a 400 meter hike from roadside parking. Only obstacle is a small river that leads to a large pond. Although there is no bridge, you shouldn't have any trouble crossing it. Cache is about 35 meters from the trail along the escarpment. It is in fairly easy view if you look from the right angle and my son put some small stone "features" in front. Please leave the stone features as you found them, as they are part of the hint below.
