To log the cache you must post a picture of yourself with your GPS from the webcam. To do this you will need to wait for at least 10 minutes at the coordinates and check out the image, if you are in the image upload it with your log. So, when you arrive at the webcam cache location...

Look at the second web camera image at Fifth Third Pavillion Downtown Lexington.
Are you in the picture? If not... wait patiently, smile, check out the shiny blue building in front of you for awhile, then reload the webcam page/picture in 5-10 minutes.....
Are you there yet? If so - upload the picture in a webcam photo taken log!
If not, repeat until you you are visible in the image. Depending upon conditions, you may wish to step over closer to the fire hydrant for better visibility. Not recommended after dark - visibility is poor.
The image does refresh and you cannot go back to find an old image - so be sure to save your own image or upload with your log immediately.
Any logs without a webcam picture and the finder visible in the photo will be deleted!
Selfies at the posted coordinates are nice and all, but if there is no webcam picture, your log will be deleted.
