A very nice area in the middle of Columbia. This is one of our favorite spots to take the kids for a little fresh air.
The general area of this cache is open to the public during daylight hours as long as it's above freezing. The cache is a public log book in general proximity of the coordinates. You have to find the un-attended guest book. The guest/log book is not specific to geocaching--sign with your real and geocaching name. There's a tiny spot for writing a comment, but you can elaborate here. The book is available for anyone to sign and peruse through, so we'll be spot checking for actual signatures in the log book from time to time for verification.
Excellent spot for everyone to visit. You don't need to leave anything, but you can take a brochure explaining the area. Make sure to explore the surroundings. This is a no-stress cache.
The Garden Log is handicap accessible.
