There is a small gravel parking pull-off beside the road.There is also a steel pole with markings that read FC-3. The cache is pretty easy to find, but you have to climb a small embankment on the opposite side of the road. There is an excellent view of Fall Creek Reservoir and the dam. The altitude is approximately 939 ft.
The cache contains a disposable camera that I would like all the geocachers to take a picture of their group or themselves, and then replace back in the cache. Please don't take the camera! The original contents of the cache are as follows:
