Park at N 38º 27.169 W 79º15.142 at the head of the fire road. Enjoy the trail. Look for signs of wildlife. We saw tracks of bear, deer, raccoon and several large birds. The numerous meadows the trail passes though are maintained as wildlife management areas. Look for evidence of old homesteads.

July 2, 2022: We changed and repositioned the cache to make is easier to locate. Mother Nature has reclaimed the previous location. This is the third part in our Reddish Knob triumphant along with Mountain Picnic and Privy to a view. These three together will make for a good afternoon of caching.
