Update 6/1/19:- This cache was replaced this morning in the exact same location, this area has been compromised by a walkway and picnic area. PLEASE DO NOT HUNT THIS CACHE IF PEOPLE ARE IN THAT AREA, thank you and byop! The Gwinnett Fallen Heroes Memorial was dedicated on Memorial Day, 2003. The 13 pieces of granite that make up the memorial include the names of Gwinnett residents who fought and died in the nation's wars, as well as police officers, firefighters, emergency medical personnel and other county employees who have died in the line of duty. Come out and pay your respects, then look for this small geocache hidden in the woods behind the memorial. The container is a small plastic jar with a screw-on top, slightly larger than a baby food jar, so trade items should be small. Initial trade items include 2 gold coins, an Indian arrowhead, a nail puzzle and a wooden nickel. This is an easy cache, so I've made it a little more difficult by giving you a short puzzle to decode to get the cache. The coordinates above are in the general vicinity of the parking lot. You are looking for the last name of two men that died in the 1836 Creek Indian wars. Their last name is the same as a country in the Netherlands. Count up the number of letters in the last name. (If the last name is 5 letters, for instance it would be 1+2+3+4+5=15). This number is "A". Subtract that number "A" from 257. The resulting number is the final coordinate in Lat. N 33/57.XXX. To find the Lon. coordinate, add the number "A" to 567 for the final coordinate in W 083/59.YYY. Good luck
