Geocache Description:

Small tupperware cache in an old gold mine in Plumas National Forest near Quincy, California

Near county road 401 - near Argentine Rock and Bradys Camp. You could drive fairly close on a gravelled dirt road, but then must walk. We got there on horseback from the Greenhorn Ranch.

Coordinates are for the mine entrance. It goes straight back for around 200 feet. Cache is at the end of the mine in a niche. (But not in the tiny side tunnel to the left.)

Enter the mine at your own risk!

BLM benchmark AQM MS1379 LOT 39 1 S20 is nearby.
