The news cast is from 9:00 to 10:00 on Thursday June 5th. This will be a late dinner and we need to stick around and be entertaining until it is over. We will start setting up at 7:30 and start cooking at 8:00. We will need to spread out the cooking so they will be able to show some cooking and eating during the broadcast.
Bring your most famous BBQ or dutch oven dish. Bring enough for everyone in your party times 2. When it is grilled to perfection we'll cut it up into sample sizes and display them on a table with all the other sample items. We will all go down the line and try a little of everything. Also bring a small side dish to share and drinks for yourselves. The Cach-U-Nuts will bring plates and plasticware.

If you can, make a name tag for each person in your party and also make a table tent with your caching name and the BBQ item you prepared. (A table tent is just a piece of thick paper folded over like a tent. You see them in restaurants advertising beer or deserts.) We will set this table tent by the plate with your samples to identify what the food is and who made it.
We will have charcoal set up in the grills by the pavillion. Or if you prefer you can bring a portable grill or dutch oven to cook on.

We will set up some fun caching games in the park. And who knows? There may be some prizes, too as well as some newly created Cach-U-Nuts! So all you NUT players better plan on showing up!
We would like to put a new cache together for Jodi to place so bring a cache item to contribute. A signature item would be great.
The coordinates have changed 650 feet to the west! The East Hill Terrace was not available so we got a reservation for the West Hill Terrace.
