This cache has been archived.

offline.cacher: The general rule reviewers use to archive a cache is that the cache owner has been notified (through a log entry) by the reviewer and that no response has been forthcoming in 30 days. This is the case with this cache. As a result it has been archived.
If the owner would like to discuss this issue, please contact me through my geocaching.com profile. Include the GC code for the cache.

Geocache Description:

This is the first cache placed out by The “B” Team. Seemed only appropriate to place one in an area where the caching bug first hit us in October of 2002. While scouting the area came across two turtles over looking the ridge, hence the name.

There are two different trails that will lead fairly close to the cache. Terrain is hilly, and will require some bushwhacking. However it is an established forest with minimal under growth.

This cache is hidden in the Balls Bluff Regional Park.

Parking lot can be found at the following coordinates:
N 39° 07.822
W 077° 31.827

From the parking lot it is approximately .20 miles to the cache. The cache is an ammo can located in a traditional hiding spot. Please rehide the cache as you found it to make it a little challenging for the next person.

Enjoy the Park, and take a minute to visit one of the smallest US National Cemeteries at N39 07.908 W77 31.664. Enjoy the park and explore a part of history located in Loudoun County.
