Geocache Description:

Somehow, Sacramento doesn't seem like it should have a Civil War site, but here one is!

The usual rules for virtual caches apply; e-mail me your answers and don't give them away in your log.

  1. What was organized at this site, and when?
  2. What was the name and rank of their training officer?
  3. What was their first (and apparently only important) assignment?
  4. Who placed this plaque and when?

  • Now, you may not be quite ready to join the Civil War Reenactors, though if you get to see a battle, we recommend it, but we hope you've learned something! Feel free to log it after you've e-mailed us.

    • Additional Hints (No hints available.)
