Placed during the 2003 winter caching fiesta.
The cache is hiding under a yacca, it was once covered by its skirts but after a burn-off in 2009 there are no skirts left. But it is still hiding under a yacca. (2016) Skirts have grown back and the cache is black.
(2003)The cache contains all the essentials and more...including Norm the Gnome and the 'Going Geocentric' Travel Bug.
