Ding Dong Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

johnnie: stop by today 7.3.21 to check on it. As the owner I could not find it. It was a good, fun, 18 year long run. Time to say good bye, and wish ya'll and happy 4th.

Geocache Description:

Frana Brown Park

named after a longtime city clerk. From 1905 until the 1980s the corner of Main street and Morningside Drive was occupied by the Acworth Methedist Church building. Now the space contains its cornerstone and bell. This is a small log only mirco, in a small park. This “park” can be busy at times, so the cache had to be well hidden to prevent it from disappearing hence the difficulty rating. Ground zero is located in the northern section of the park. Not near the bell. Beware! GPSr's like to "bounce" alot down here so Definitely bring your Geosense.

I did a 6 visit waypoint average before publishing and my GPSer still only got me within 10 ft. But it will get you in the park.

UPDATE 7/20/2020 ..New Log....This Cache is visible without moving anything. Tip: Go in the gate on Main Street, go left to the corner.
