The cache site is very close to a NT car park( N50° 44.172 W 2° 52.496) and was chosen for the lovely views, particularly of Golden Cap, rather than challenging terrain. Anyone interested in a longer walk could use this as a good starting point. There is a small charge for parking. The NT shop and toilets are close to the car park entrance.
The road from Charmouth to the car park is narrow with few passing points; so watch out for oncoming cars and, if walking, cars coming up behind you! Access to the cache means braving the gorse, you have been warned. You are looking for a medium size cliptop box. The access to the cache is from below (South).
