Just over a one mile walk along predominately flat terrain.
Park at 41 39.428 073 18.785 which is on the north side of the bridge. Enter the trail crossing a small wooden bridge and study the schematic trail map. The Quartz mine is your destination on the yellow trail but you need to start on the white (go straight at the top of the initial hill to get onto the right white trail). No need to bushwack.
NOTE - THE BRIDGE IS DOWN SO YOU WILL EITHER NEED TO FORGE THE RIVER AT A LOW POINT OR ACCESS THE TRAILS FROM THE OTHER SIDE OF THE RIVER.
Once at the mine, stand on the trail facing the white quartz rock and look for the "house shaped" slab of rock by the trail for your find.
GPS coverage will be difficult at times throughout these thick woods.
