Every creature on earth has a purpose and provides an important link in the chain of life...some more significant than others, but all are important. We have lost many creatures such as the Passenger Pigeon (1914), the Caribbean Monk Seal (1922), and the Dusky Seaside Sparrow (1987). Some are perilously close to extinction such as the Snow Leopard, the Black Rhino and the Manatee. While there have been some successes such as the American & Arctic Peregrine Falcons, Red Kangaroo and Gray Whale, the list of endangered species remains lengthy. One such creature is described at this site. Prior to our visit to this area on May 28, 2003, we had no idea that this little critter lived in Utah and on this trip we actually spotted one! Please...protect and respect the flora and fauna of our world.
To claim this find, Please send us the SCIENTIFIC NAME for the creature described at the coordinates listed above. Please DON'T post the scientific name or the type of creature even if it is encrypted.
