Rose Creek, Fargo Traditional Cache
Connie: Well, as the last cacher noted, someone has again vandalized this cache, only a month after the last problem. This is more than just accidently leaving the cover off and the contents getting damp. This was deliberate, and I'm afraid it will just continue. So I've removed the cache and am shutting this one down.
