Geocache Description:

Millennium Surprise can found at a nice resting point not far off the trail.

Millennium Surprise, in a round 1 1/2" x 7 1/2 container, consists of treasures found from nature. The original cache contained: several seashells, a pine cone, a crab claw, Mr. Turtle (made from shells), a starfish, a small piece of petrified wood, several pieces of quartz crystals, a glass bead, several small interesting rocks, and a prospector sitting on a chunk of fools gold.

UPDATED 6/14/04: Millennium Surprise's round container has retired. The large rock it was hiding under took it's toll on the container, and in the end it could barely be pried open. The new container is an ammo box with the old "Millennium Surprise" lid bolted onto it's side - just had to keep the spirit alive. And the cache has moved a bit. The new coordinates in the cache page are now listed.
