Geocache Description:

This is a multi-cache with relatively easy access to all of the waypoints. The first two points have coordinates affixed to objects. Parking at the second and walking to the remaining points is recommended. Added note: I have been having difficulty with accuracy of the coordinates in this location for some reason, and a few people have alerted me to the difficulty they have had in locating it. So I will let you know that it is on the south side of the street, east of the driveway.

After discovering this sport and moving back to my childhood home, I realized that there aren't any multi-caches in this area, or easy finds that don't involve a big hike.  Hence, I created this one!  This cache could be completed within 20 minutes.  Ye Bridle Path is a beautiful trail enjoyed by joggers, dog-walkers, and equestrians.  It also has a rich history and you might want to check out Madonna of the Trail #12.  So saddle up and enjoy the ride!

Edit: The cache itself is a 1" x 2.5" x 4" camouflaged plastic container. 2nd Edit: Ground Zero went through some overhaul and the cache has disappeared, so we've hidden something smaller than this now. We've decided to keep the size rating as it is, rather than mess with people's stats. So you know you're looking for something smaller than this.

PLEASE be mindful of muggles when retrieving and replacing the cache.

UPDATE:  Star View
On October 25, 2003, the Grand Prix fire consumed the entire hillside of the San Bernardino Mountains in our area.  I was living at my parents' house on 23rd between Euclid and San Antonio.  From our backyard we could see the fire approaching, as well as Kenny Petschow's star.  As we evacuated our house and began driving down Euclid on that terrifying night, we saw the star surrounded by flames. The home and the star were destroyed.  However, as many people in surrounding communities learned of the loss of the beloved star, they pooled their resources to rebuild it in time for Thanksgiving.  Huell Howser even covered the dedication ceremony.  You can see the star at the top of Euclid as you walk north up the Bridle Path.  This is a tribute to those who lost their homes during the terrible wild fires.
